Nikky joined Rainier Partners as an Associate in 2025.

Before joining Rainier, Nikky was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Atlanta, and earned her BS in Neuroscience from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Nikky grew up in Ohio, and enjoys camping, climbing, and reading in her free time.
